Hear from local leaders about the positive impact of our WASH initiatives and the transformation happening in our communities.
We are committed to ending open defecation. Thanks to SURWASH, our people now build proper latrines. We live healthier, cleaner lives, children are safer, and hygiene has significantly improved in our community.
Our community endured years without water. SURWASH’s intervention brought a reliable supply. People’s lives have improved, children attend school regularly, and health and daily routines are much better now.
Clean water now flows to our homes daily after years of struggle. SURWASH transformed our lives, improved health, reduced disease, and made water access reliable for families and schools.
SURWASH empowered women in sanitation and hygiene decision-making. Families are healthier, daily chores are easier, and women’s voices now shape our community’s water and sanitation improvements.
Students now have safe water, functioning toilets, and handwashing facilities. SURWASH intervention improved attendance, learning outcomes, and hygiene practices. Teachers and pupils alike benefit from healthier, safer environments
